Command  systems  empire(CSE)is  all  about  promoting  new  talent  and  making  sure  they  have  at  least  a  platform.
We  all  are  used  to  normal  music  events  in  Kenya,we  come  dance,sing  along  our  favorite  artists  and  go  home.How  about  if  we  added  a  little  more  flavour  just  to  bring  out  the  kid  in  us?We  chose  the  colours  used  in  the  Indian  Holi  festival  to  give  you  exactly  more  than  dance,but  memories  that  will  stick.SEE  YOU  AT  THE  PARTY!
