Ria  is  a  designer  and  creative  based  in  Nairobi,  Kenya.  Having  begun  her  artistic  career  before  she  could  walk,  she  has  grown  to  be  passionate  about  creating  immersive  and  multisensory  experiences  in  each  of  her  creations.  Under  her  sustainable  and  ethical  fashion  brand  LilaBare,  her  main  purpose  for  design  revolves  around  the  emancipation  of  labels  of  all  sorts,  seeking  to  evoke  a  sense  of  freedom  in  each  piece.  As  the  director  of  the  fashion  and  music  film  Transmission,  her  mission  of  inviting  feelings  of  liberation  and  support  extend  beyond  her  clothing  designs,  spanning  across  all  senses.  A  spiritual  seeker,  her  path  continues  with  the  Transmission  healing  journey  as  she  breathed  life  into  its  physicalised  form:  a  fashion  and  music  film  capturing  the  shared  ethos  and  essence  of  both  brand's  messages.
