Hilda  Moraa  is  the  Founder  and  former  CEO  of  Weza  Tele  Ltd,  a  leading  technology  startup  that  started  in  2011  and  focused  on  providing  value  add  mobility  and  financial  solutions  at  the  micro  distribution  sector.\nAfter  3.5  years  of  operation,  Weza  Tele  was  acquired  for  more  than  KSHS  150M  (more  than  USD  1.5M)  by  AFB/Jumo.\nHilda  has  more  than  5  years  diverse  experience  in  developing  and  scaling  startups  and  innovations  across  Africa.  In  the  past,  she  has  worked  for  global  multi  nationals  to  the  likes  of  Coca-Cola  and  she  has  also  played  a  key  role  in  the  tech  and  innovation  ecosystem  in  Kenya  by  being  part  of  building  the  foundations  of  initiatives  such  as  iHub  Research  and  leading  innovation  research  projects  across  East  and  West  Africa.\nShe  has  also  founded  the  Kenya  tech  Entrepreneurship  virtual  group  (100+  startups)  that  aims  to  bring  local  technpreneurs  together  to  share  their  lessons,networks  and  talent  to  spur  peer  to  peer  mentoring  and  growth.
