TEDxYouth@Parklands  Speakers’  Coach  Oltesh  a  Toastmasters  and  a  John  Maxwell  coach,  and  speaker,  has  a  passion  in  sharing  knowledge  and  ideas  through  public  speaking.  For  over  20  years  Oltesh  has  been  sharing  knowledge,  ideas,  coaching,  motivating,  inspiring  others  and  giving  a  helping  hand  to  many  including  young  graduates,  disadvantaged  communities,  students  corporate  organizations  and  other  leadership  and  professional  groups.  
Oltesh  works  for  the  African  Development  Bank  as  the  Chief  Regional  Procurement  Officer.  He  has  previously  worked  for  the  Bank  of  Tanzania  and  the  E.A  Community.
